2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to all regions in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

  • Delivery times vary based on product availability and customer location, typically between 3 to 10 business days.

  • Some items are shipped directly from external suppliers (dropshipping), which may require additional processing time.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • Please note that VAT (15%) and customs duty (5%) are not included in the listed prices and will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Electrical items and engine components cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened.

  • Return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility unless the error is from our side.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipping.

  • If the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and will be treated as a return based on the above policy.

5. Payment

  • We accept multiple payment methods: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, bank transfers, and Tap Payments.

  • Prices shown do not include VAT. VAT (15%) will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.

  • A 5% customs duty may also be added by the shipping company depending on the item.

  • 4STROKE is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by shipping companies or local authorities.

6. Warranty
